This article is written for people use Bengali language . The topic is " Indian Poor class and Micro finance" . Self help group, Grameen Bank (GB) ,Community based financial systems (CBFS) , NGOs in micro-finance whatever their name may be they should change their policy for Poverty Alleviation. otherwise Poor will be at the mercy of suicide. The article will be finished in three part, this is first part. I request people working for 'Demand and Dignity' a campaign launched by Amnesty International should read these three parts. Indian people -- those are in poor class and lower middle class are being trapped and ruined by the personal loan taken from local usurers with interest ranging 10% to 60% monthly , in market place, poor vegetable vendors take loans amounting Rs. 100/ to Rs. 500/ at 10% interest rate per day . Anyway, stop these private practices and give poor and weak people a constitutional legal support to fight these unlawful acts /cases and make
